Course Description

Preparing for a first ESRS reporting cycle can feel complex, particularly as the European regulatory landscape continues to evolve. This live, instructor-led course provides a structured introduction to the purpose and value of sustainability reporting, the role of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in EU reporting practice, and the architecture and key characteristics of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). Through guided discussions, practical preparation activities and a real organisational case study, participants build the foundational knowledge needed to prepare for and coordinate the key activities in a first ESRS reporting cycle.
